What payment options are available?

Currently we accept payment via Online Banking, Credit/Debit card and Bank Transfer/Cash Deposit. For Bank Transfer/Cash Deposit, please send us the receipt after payment by WhatsApp on +6018-376-7137 or send us an email at cs@blissboxworld.com, and we will proceed to send you the Order Confirmation and tracking code within 48 hours.

Is cash on delivery accepted?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept Cash on Delivery at the moment. But stay tuned! We are working on adding other payment methods to provide you choice and convenience.

Can I modify/cancel my order after payment?

Due to the heavy demand for our products and the high volumes we process and various efficiencies in our Supply Chain (aimed at delivering you your purchases in the shortest possible time), we apologize that we are not able to accommodate any modification or cancellation after payment. Please consider all the information thoroughly prior to your purchase.


How can I track my order?

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We typically deliver your purchases within 3-7 business days from the date of payment. However, this is subject to various external factors and could vary.

I don’t want anyone to know what is inside the package that is delivered. Can you ensure that?

We follow a “2x Discretion” process to ensure privacy.
First, a neutral packaging is used with NO indication of what is inside.

Secondly, we disguise the Sender Information and that leaves no trace of what is inside the package.

Don’t worry! Your neighbours or the Delivery person won’t know what’s inside the box.
