Please note that we have different Returns Policies for various product categories.

Am I eligible to request a return?

We endeavour to fulfil all orders correctly. Return/Exchange of item(s) can be arranged only under the following circumstances:

  • If the item(s) delivered are in damaged or defective condition; or
  • If the item(s) you received are different from what you ordered.

We strongly recommend that you examine your purchased item(s) as soon as you receive them. If you intend to request for a return, please DO NOT remove tags, break seals and/or try or test the product(s) in any way, as this will make you ineligible to request a return.

Owing to reasons of hygiene, we are unable to accept returns for any other circumstances, including but not limited to, change of mind, user-induced damage/fault (e.g. incorrect storage, exposure to extreme temperatures, any mechanical/electrical/chemical alteration, dirt from food and beverage etc).

Prior to shipping your order(s), Bliss Box World conducts a thorough quality inspection of every product in terms of the aesthetics and functionality.
In addition, most of our products come with an exclusive Bliss Box World 3-or-6-month extended warranty to ensure your maximal comfort/pleasure and minimal worry throughout your experience with us.

What are the general requirements for a successful return?

In order for us to successfully process your return, please note the following conditions that have to be met:

  • Item(s) delivered are in damaged or defective condition; or
  • Item(s) you received are different from what you ordered.
  • You have contacted Bliss Box World support personnel within 48 hours of receiving your purchased item(s).
  • You have submitted the Proof of your purchase (receipt and order ID)
  • You have returned the purchased item(s) in original, unused condition and in original, unopened packaging, along with all original accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity, etc) and any free gifts received (if any).

What is the return process?

If all the conditions to be eligible for a return are fulfilled,

  1. Please contact our support team via WhatsApp on +6018-376-7137 or send us an email at info@blissboxworld.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchased item(s).
  2. We will need to verify whether the conditions of our return policy are met and advise you accordingly. You will need to provide us with the proof of purchase and relevant pictures and videos demonstrating that the received item(s) are (a) damaged or defective or (b) if the received item(s) are different from what you ordered.
  3. After verification, we will then advise you to ship the item(s) to an address designated by us. You will be required to ship purchased item(s) in original, unused condition and in original, unopened packaging, along with all original accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity, etc) and any free gifts received (if any). The return shipping cost would be reimbursed for all successful returns.
  4. Upon receiving the returned item(s), within 7 working days, we will determine whether the conditions to be eligible for a return are fulfilled, and proceed with the following:
    1. For eligible cases, we will ship the correct product replacement to you.
      1. If the exact product is unavailable, we will provide you alternative product(s) to choose from of equal or lesser value.
      2. If you choose a product of higher value, you will be required to top-up the additional cost.
      3. If you choose not to opt for a different product, we will also provide you the option of a full refund. Please note that this option is not available to you if the product you originally ordered is available.

In any event, the return shipping cost will be reimbursed according to your courier payment receipt.

  1. For ineligible cases, we will ship the product (that you sent us) back to you. Return shipping cost will not be reimbursed.

Please note that Bliss Box World reserves the right to conclude whether a defect is user-induced or a manufacturing defect.
