1. Is my product covered by warranty?

All BLISS! Members are eligible for an exclusive warranty protection promotion as a token of our appreciation for your membership and loyalty.

For members’ peace of mind, most of Bliss Box World products come with a 3-month or 6-month warranty, depending on the type of product.

The type of warranty (3 or 6 months) is clearly stated on each products’ page.

2. When does the warranty of my product start to be in effect?

Warranty cover commences to be in effect from the Invoice date, and extends to the stated duration of the warranty. Should a warranty claim take place, the replaced product will continue to be under warranty for the remaining warranty period of the original product.

3. Am I eligible for a warranty claim?

Warranty claim is an exclusive feature for customers who registered as BLISS! members before the purchase (based on Invoice date), and applies only to product(s) that have become faulty due to an electronic or mechanical failure or due to a manufacturing defect and are within the warranty period.

Warranty claim strictly excludes the following circumstances:

  • Failure/damage/fault(s) caused by alteration or repair done by any party other than Bliss Box World designated personnel
  • Failure/damage/fault(s) caused by customers’ negligence, including but not limited to improper storage, mishandling, exposure to extreme temperatures, exposure to corrosive environment, dust and dirt
  • Missing or damaged parts or accessories due to customers’ negligence
  • Failure/damage/fault(s) caused by natural disaster, man-made accident, or any events beyond our control, including but not limited to flood, lightning, theft, fire, war and acts of God
  • Failure/damage/fault(s) that could reasonably be discovered through visual inspections within 48 hours after receiving the product
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Aesthetic damage including but not limited to dents, scratches & rust
     

The list above is not exhaustive. Bliss Box World reserves its rights to conclude whether a warranty claim is eligible.

4. What are the general requirements for a warranty claim?

  • Registered for BLISS! membership prior to the invoice date of the product for which you are seeking a warranty claim
  • A warranty-covered Bliss Box World product that has become faulty due to an electronic or mechanical failure or due to a manufacturing defect
  • Contacting Bliss Box World support personnel within the warranty period
  • Proof of your purchase (receipt and order ID)
  • Faulty products returned in the original packaging (cloth bag, gift box and courier box), or otherwise, a similarly secure, rigid and tight-fitting packaging with mandatory use of bubble wraps

5. What is the standard warranty claim process?

  1. In case of an eligible warranty claim, Please contact our support team via WhatsApp on +6018-376-7137 or send us an email at info@blissboxworld.com within the warranty period.
  2. We will need to verify whether the conditions of our return policy are met and advise you accordingly. You will need to provide us with the proof of purchase and relevant pictures and videos demonstrating the electronic/mechanical failure of the product.
  3. After verification, we will then advise you to ship the item(s) to an address designated by us. You will be required to ship item(s) in the original packaging (cloth bag, gift box and courier box); or otherwise, in other similarly secure, rigid, tight-fitting packaging with mandatory use of bubble wraps. The shipping cost will be borne by members.
  4. Upon receiving the faulty item(s), within 14 working days, we will determine whether the eligibility and requirements of your warranty claim are met, and proceed with the following:
    1. For eligible claims, we will ship the product replacement (in the same packaging you shipped back to us).
      1. If the exact product is unavailable, we will provide you alternative product(s) to choose from of equal or lesser value.
      2. If you choose a product of higher value, you will be required to top-up the additional cost.
  5. For ineligible cases, we will ship back the original product to you (in the same packaging you shipped back to us).

Please note that Bliss Box World reserves the right to conclude the eligibility of a warranty claim.
